Check-in and check-out
Rooms are ready from 15:00 and should be left by 11:00. If you arrive before three, we'll take your luggage and you can use the wellness rooms while you wait. A late departure is usually possible if you agree it the evening before, and it is free until two in the afternoon.
Accessibility
A step-free route runs from the lane on the east side to the lift, and staff will meet you there if you telephone from the street. The lift cabin is 95 by 120 cm. Two rooms on the second floor are adapted for wheelchairs, with level showers and wide doors, so ask for one when you book.
Lost property
Anything left behind is logged and held for three months. Write to reception with your room number and the date, and we'll post the item at cost or keep it until you're back.
The company named in the Terms of Use operates the hotel. Correspondence about this website, including data protection questions, goes to the same address and is handled by the duty manager.
